Cork Ireland Tours by Locals

Cork Ireland Day Tours

We have a variety of daytime Cork tours available in County Cork and Cork city. If your desire is to meet your tour guide in the city centre, take a local bus out to Blarney Castle and explore the grounds and the mansion and kiss the Blarney Stone, and finish with lunch at a local pub, then so be it.

Or maybe you want to go on a local’s shopping excursion, and visit some of the department stores that Cork locals shop at? Well then your tour guide will take you to a variety of stores to visit and if you are looking for something in particular to purchase, your Cork local tour guide will know just the place. This tour will also have time to stop for a lunch break at a locals hang out restaurant or pub.

Another daytime tour would be meeting your tour guide in the city centre and then taking a train to Cobh. In Cobh you will spend time visiting the historic, and popular Titanic exhibit and self guided tour, followed by visiting an ancient cathedral and eating at a near by diner or local’s pub for lunch. We are just listing a few of the options here on this page, as you browse our website, you can click on the tours page for more detailed information.

Cork Ireland Evening Tours

If you are more of a night time person, then maybe one of our evening Cork tours would be more suitable to your liking. If your desire is to become familiar with the Cork area hot spots such as night clubs, pubs and karaoke bars, then this might be the tour for you. Your local tour guide will meet you in the city centre to kick off the tour and then take you from one pub and or club to the next. You will be given recommendations from your tour guide on some of the beverages and spirits that locals tend to drink most. The evening will end with stopping to eat at a local’s restaurant or chipper type of food as locals do.

Another evening tour would involve arriving to a Cork local’s home and having a home cooked meal. You will be able to sit at the dinner table in an actual Irish home and talk and visit with the family about the on goings of your day and theirs. After dinner, of course dessert will follow and then optional sitting by the fire drinking some Irish tea or coffee.
